Helpzones

The Helpzones are staffed information points located at Civic Quarter, Cloth Hall Court, Headingley Campus, Headingley Carnegie Stadium, and Harrogate Campus. They are here to make sure that your time at Leeds Met is as trouble-free as possible. If you have a question or want information and advice about life at Leeds Met, either before you arrive or while you are here, then the Helpzones are here to help you. If the Helpzone cannot help you immediately, we will refer you to the most suitable specialist support service and make sure that your problem is addressed. We also have a suite of computers at each Helpzone that you can use to access the internet; whether to visit our Helpzone website or just to check your emails.
