Visitors

Bar Censsa attracts mostly the young students of Leeds, this is due to its drinks offers and prime location. Most visitors go to Bar Censsa for pre-clubbing drinks, meaning this is where they go for a couple of drinks before hitting a larger club in Leeds. The bar is always 18year olds + whereas other bars tend to raise the age of entry to 19 or 21 year olds. This is another reason why it attracts so many students as most are 18-19 in their first year.

Marketing

Bar Censsa has a website; however it is currently down for maintenance. However all the important details including the address, map, telephone number, opening hours and people’s comments about the bar are on the Internet. The bar employs staff to hand out flyers around student areas such as outside the Universities and in the centre of town. Posters are occasionally put up in Halls of Residences, however permission is needed from the managers of the Halls to do this which sometimes can be hard to get because of the amount of clubs/bars trying to advertise in the same way. The Corona bar is available for hire for celebration and functions. The Corona Bar holds a maximum of 450 People and room hire prices vary depending on the size of the party (A1st View, Leeds Bar Censsa, 2003-6b)
